The data collected and processed by the BIP – Barometer for Information Quality are incorporated into open-access databases.

Sharing knowledge—not only with researchers but also with the general public—is essential for validating the data and replicating the processes. Additionally, it meets a transparency criterion and fulfils the obligation to return research results to society, making the knowledge generated socially beneficial.
