Gisiela Klein

Gisiela Klein is a PhD student in Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Coimbra. She holds a master’s in Administration from the State University of Santa Catarina and a degree in Journalism from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. She worked as a journalist in Brazil for 12 years. In 2012, she transitioned into a communications consultancy, working for 11 years in public institutions, including the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Public Accounts in Santa Catarina. She is currently a PhD researcher funded by the BIP – Barometer for Information Quality project at the Communication and Society Research Centre (CECS), University of Minho.
